Preventing bloating for good takes a holistic approach. Flat Tummy Tea aids in the detoxifying and digestion process however to gain the most from our tea, slight lifestyle changes are a must. Below are some quick and easy tips to get you well on the way to a flatter tummy (of course, with the help of Flat Tummy Tea).

Slow down your eating and chew more — this allows the digestive process to begin in your mouth as the food is broken down down and gives the stomach longer to process the incoming food — meals should take 30 mins on average.

Eat smaller meals more often — this stops overeating and helps control blood sugar (also reduces those mid-arvo chocolate binges) — aim for 5 or 6 small meals.

Detox your body — take a break from all of those bloat inducing foods for two weeks and allow good bacteria to grow and thrive in your tummy (with the help of Flat Tummy Tea).

Take additional vitamin and mineral supplements when needed on the advice of your doctor.

Take a daily probiotic — this is good bacteria which helps break down food — also found in foods such as yogurt.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day — walking is a great way to stimulate digestion and boost energy levels, as are body weight exercises. See our ‘7 Day Flat Tummy Workout’ blog for inspiration.

Talk to your doctor — bloating effects the vast majority of women and numerous men however if you have avoided gassy foods, lead a healthy lifestyle but have still felt little benefit from Flat Tummy Tea, please seek medical advice.

Thos leg raises are supposed to help with the lower abs, I’ve seen great
results. Definitely drink lots of water and have more veggies than fruits.
Hopefully the bloating will go away too.

You look great!!! Here’s another tip: Dr. Oz said on his show “eating 1oz
of unsalted pistachios a day with healthy eating will help flatten your
abs”…. He also had a show stating avocado helps flatten abs too… Hope
this helps

It’s just the way your body is shaped. When I was younger, I did 200
crunches a day. I had a six pack, but I still had the itty bitty bump.

Troubleclef02 says:

I am a person who understands what you mean… i have lost a total of
110lbs…. and counsel men and women who are obese… A few things you
should consider

-when working out… never spot reduce. . It’s best to work the body all
over ..you tummy fat will reduce its self as you go along

– Your Tummy is always the last to go… you are a woman and our core is
pretty important in terms of reproduction. . That’s why is so hard to lose
tummy fat

-your diet and workouts should compliment each other… from what I see
your job should be muscle build..which means weights should be your
friend…if you lift… PROTIEN should be your friend….(which means lean
red meats, fish, eggs, protein shakes ect) don’t have a cardio based
workout regimen. You should be added a weight training regimen about 3
times a week… to help muscular growth…to help you burn fat. Challenge
Your self and get Shaun T ‘s t25..it’s a beast but it works those abs right
on up

Hope this helps sistah.

Hey ! U’ve encouraged me to buy it ! I come from EGYPT ^_^
Weelll, i still have one important question, do u have to keep drinking
this tea all the time even after seeing results? I mean, there isn’t
anything like total cure for bloating, it just helps to reduce it while
being on a healthy diet , so that means that u r prone to bloating again
when u cut out on it,,, make sense right?

Not sure what your current diet is like, but I know when I was doing lower
carb the thing that I noticed is that I started losing weight in my
stomach/mid-section first, but when I switched to vegetarian (higher carb
and protein came from starchy sources), I lost weight everywhere else first
and my stomach area seemed to be at a standstill.

id killvto have your stomach! i was born with a hernia so my stomach will
