Nurah International is a company whose goal is to change the world one colon at a time. We intend to do that by providing classes, seminars and programs that teach the effects that food has on the body. Our objective is to show the root importance of the colon as being the key to health and disease.
Because no one can take care of you like you can, we will teach you how to treat your body like the temple that it is. If you believe like we do, you are what you eat then you may want to think about what are the best foods for your body. We offer a 9- week program that teaches you all about the right foods, the wrong foods, how to read ingredients on food labels, how to cook better meals and some simple natural healing processes.
