So my intestinal health is not so efficient. I try to stay hydrated,
drinking lemon water first thing and then having my teeccino later on. When
I drink coffee first thing I find that helps keep me regular, but not all
the time (i’d rather not drink coffee everyday). I eat a vegan diet now.
When I was higher carb (via fruit) it was hard to not have a bowel movement
everyday!

For consistency now, I like to drink this mix called “Powerfuel” and it
contains, sesame seeds, flax meal, hemp protein, brewers yeast, psyllium,
spirulina, wheatgrass, noregian dulce, blue green algae. I love this stuff,
I usually mix it with spinach, carrot juice, ginger, and a banana.

Also I find when I eat large volumes of cooked vegetables my bowel
movements don’t compare to the amount of food i’ve eaten. I think there is
a direct correlation between absorption and digestion among cooked veggies
v. raw.

Sorry for all the rambling, I could seriously talk about bowel health for
an entire afternoon!

My constipation is caused by a neurological problem…sometimes
constipation is a symptom of something else.
Lots of fiber, water and sometimes a laxative or enema works for me.
