Hey Chris, big ass query over here and it would be greatly appreciated if
you answered Right now im still unclear on how to be able to count the
amount of carbs and protein i have on my plate. For example, im having a
steak with sweet potato. I look at the plate and i cant really estimate how
many grams of protein im getting or how many carbs. Could you give me some
advice or make a video about this? Thx Chris

But I’ve yet to eat with someone that has a better physique than me and
still gives me a funny looks. Its always skinny Jenkins and fat

No problem. That’s just my 2 cents. I had a pretty successful cut and I did
it eating out 5x/week. The biggest thing is to eliminate as much guesswork
as you can by getting really plain food – I got a lot of plain chicken
breasts because there’s no faking plain chicken. Chicken is chicken and a
breast at a typical place usually weighs 4-6 ozs.
