Thanksgiving – Weight Loss Challenge Rules

Join this challenge, follow the rules, and this will be an incredible Thanksgiving we will always remember

ThanksGiving Weight Loss Challenge Rules:
Make a big plate divide it into 4-6 meals and eat them every 2 to 3 hours
Be active be active be active (help with setup/cleanup) No Naps
Must wait 3 hours min to go to sleep after eating
Must take a 6-10 min ice cold shower in the morning, before you eat, and before bed
No alcohol, no Sugary drinks (ex.koolaid), No soda
Must get in a morning workout
Must get in a workout in after you eat (play the wii, football, etc.)
Allowed 1 glass of juice, the rest of the day water only
Drink 1 glass of a natural laxative ,prune juice, pear juice etc. 3 hrs before sleep
Take a multivitamin

okay, so what dose the cold shower do for the body???
Watch the types of foods, and drinks you eat, and you will never go hungry,
or gain weight. 500 calories of pop (12fl x 4), versus 500 calories gain,
fruits, and vegetables will make a very big difference (decent size plate).
If people ate properly, then they would not have an issue with weight,
excluding some medical cases.

I just think that taking a cold shower is very extreme and inconvenient for
most people. You can take a hot shower that will make you sweat, similar to
the effects of a sauna. Plus if you’re that hell bent on burning extra
calories why not just park your car down the street a litter farther from
your drive way everyday, or when you to to work to get a few extra steps
in. Even jump roping for 3- five minutes everyday at the end of your work
out will burn more calories than a cold shower.
Good idea about the 4-6 hrs food thing! It’s like a whole day of food
spaced out. My gym is only open in the morning that day and my friend did
want to work out before. And I have a track near my house for afterwards.
