Natural Remedies for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Mercola says:

I have seen very remarkable results with Dr. Campbell’s GAPS diet. Her book
is available online. I would follow it very carefully and even consider
hiring a GAPS consultant to coach you through it.

My stomach gets irritated with raw salad. What can I do? I don’t take milk
at all and am giving up meat. Please let me know… I have gallbladder
issues (Sludge)

lancschic says:

i also feel this way the only reason im hanging on is for my children… i
have ibs-d and its controling my life its taken over ive also tried
everything nothing works! I am 27 years old and and i also feel like i have
no future.. I know we cant die from IBS so that is why doctors don’t take
it seriously enough.. But it can kill from suicide living a life with IBS
isnt a life at all!

TheCanon66 says:

Many people with IBS, including me, got much worse after going on a Paleo
or another Gluten free diet. My guess is that the reason for this is the
lack of soluble fiber. Keep that in mind.

Caiuser says:

Oats naturally contain a type of gluten called Avenin that is different to
the type of gluten you find in wheat, rye, barley and triticale. Also there
are other potential allergans called gliadins that are found in most grains

iMitotropin says:

you’re good-ill be watching a lot of your videos

Mercola says:

Staying off the gluten is a good start that would be best to continue.
Strong chance you have leaky gut syndrome. Would try the GAPS diet by Dr.
Campbell. Loads of information on my site. Very rigid restriction diet
initially with plenty of home made bone broths to heal your gut. Then loads
of fermented veggies once it heals.

Lauren Marcus says:

I have a post infectious IBS after salmonella and campylobacter infection 2
years ago and I tried everything, gluten free diet, antispasmodics, I
avoided fast foods, I took probiotics .. Nothing works. Unfortunately
people prefer investing in research for cancer and sida pathologies thans
in IBS… That is sad. Its a very disabling disease and there is NO
treatment to cure it … I’m 22 and i feel like i got no future. I’ve never
felt so depressed and i now that someday i will give up …

ThoughtPatterns says:

1) There is no gluten in oats 2) Metabolic Typing has no scientific
backing. Pure pseudo-science
