How much oil of oregano in mgs do you recommend daily for SIBO?

Marcello Fanta says:

so if you tested positive for combined methane and hydrogen could that
result in alternating hard and loose stools? thank you!

David Stanley says:

Proper diet is the best approach but in the short term something more
immediate is needed. We all know that an enema can help but that’s not very
convenient or practical (to say nothing about uncomfortable) to use often
and definitely not for mild, frequent constipation. A way to use water for
quick relief is with a Hand Bidet Sprayer. Used primarily for improved
hygiene it can also be used to shoot a blast of water up your pipes to
loosen things up and get them moving. See http://www.bathroomsprayers.com.

Kathy Kendall says:

You mentioned 3, 4, or 5 thousand mg of mag citrate. I think you may have
meant 300-500 mg?
