Castor Oil Pack Demo- Many benefits for health (Digestion, Fertility, Fibroids etc.)

In this video I will be demonstrating the Edgar Cayce method for applying a Castor Oil Pack. I've tried it a few other ways but like this way the best! Please continue your own research in case I missed important info in this video bc I am not a doctor, just documenting my experience and providing info for you to continue your own research.
What is a castor oil pack you ask? Well, its a wool flannel or cotton flannel cloth soaked in warm castor oil that can be applied to an area of the body that needs relief. Castor Oil packs are said to have many benefits such as relieving constipation, shrinking fibroids/cyst, improve fertility, ease joint pain, boost immune system and more! I've been using the pack on my abdomen and have improved my digestion! So I hope this video is helpful to my subbies:)
Please Note: It is important to be in peace and silence when doing a castor oil pack. Outside distractions such as talking on the phone, listening to the radio, watching tv etc. will keep you from being still. Meditate, pray, think positive during the process and imagine your issues going away and let the castor oil do the rest:) When washing off the castor oil be sure to use hot water and baking soda.

I use it on my penis to help with prostate an detox in that area it open up

sooo ii initially purchased some rosemary jbco from my local beauty store
strictly for hair purposes..right…this was a while back..but today out of
the blue ii experienced excruciating leg pains and idk why im only 21 lol
but the pain was soo bad ii could barely walk..but ii remembered on the
front of the label it mentioned that it relieves ahes & pains so ii rubbed
some on my legs and in a matter of 2 minutes my pain was GONE!!!
ii was so impressed by this stuff ii had to rant about it on a random

If you want to really detox your liver/improve digestion, an occasional
internal dose of both castor oil and cod liver oil is excellent — these
two oils were more of less considered a panacea 50-60+ yrs ago. You
actually take cod-liver capsules daily, but castor oil is a bit too-too
potent for daily use.

If you have fibroids you can do it 3 xs a wk for as long as necessary (1
wk, 1 month). Focus on good things during the session (no talking on the
phone, tv, negative music etc.) And since you will be drinking lots of
water go for alkaline water or distilled water. Look into dhealthstore com
as well bc he has herbal mixes he creates for women. Diet is important…so
aim for eating raw fruits and veggies (no cheese, meat etc. as they are
mucous forming)

thanks for this awesome demo… re: the mention about plastic at the end…
consider using glad brand… their products are supposed to be BPA free,
not sure if that’s true or not… but, when i use plastic, i use glad…
also, heating metal is not optimal, metals leach into the substance/food,
use a glass/pyrex meatloaf pan or sim in the oven… but, if metal is all
you got now, i wouldn’t worry too much… just, consider changing over when
you can

Thank you for the video i just found out i have fibrosis so i will
definitely follow this plus a proper diet to try and correct this issue
ive used this method a male friend sent me info about what all you can use
castor oil for and i loved using heat with it . it worked for me. just
saying
If fibroids or cyst is what is keeping one from getting pregnant, than yes.
It should be applied wherever the cyst or fibroid has grown. To be on the
safe side you can do the entire abdomen
yeah, as you do more research you will find that it does work. I was never
diagnosed with fibroids but had digestive issues. You can take it
internally as well for digestion
