Bowel movements are a powerful indicator of our health. Since constipation is no joke and SO many people experience issues relating to it, we decided to whip up a vid on how to prevent and/or relieve constipation.

By incorporating a few of these simple tricks, you can reduce your risk for nasty diseases (i.e. colon cancer) AND be on your way to a healthier colon. Enjoy!

Red mills has a seven grain hot cereal that works. Prunes and raw spinach
keep you clean

I do yoga twist(right side then left side), massage the left side and lower
back, lay on back and rub belly from right to left(more gentle massage and
push). Ha I’ve had my fair share of this. Also, HIIT and circuit workouts.
Get moving!

Warm lemon/citus water, steal cut oats for breakfast and almond butter and
bread for a snack! I feel amazing after implementing these in my daily diet

If you do get bound up, prune juice will do the trick. It never fails for

Put your feet up! Seriously, put your feet up on a stool or the edge of br
waste basket! It allows the body to… “finish” the movement more easily no
straining. I have IBS, im off the meds and on the GI diet!

I drink a gallon of water everyday and I have a plant based diet. Also I
found that by eating an apple everyday keeps me going to the bathroom.

I start my morning with room temp quart of water and proceed to drink half
my body weight in ounces or even more if thirsty. I also eat crazy amounts
of fruit and veggies otherwise I can’t go.
