processed foods & dairy! I’ll be vegan for the month of February &
transitioning back into this conscious healthy living which means I’ll be
on your channel a lot! Great video as always!

I do yoga twist(right side then left side), massage the left side and lower
back, lay on back and rub belly from right to left(more gentle massage and
push). Ha I’ve had my fair share of this. Also, HIIT and circuit workouts.
Get moving!
Warm lemon/citus water, steal cut oats for breakfast and almond butter and
bread for a snack! I feel amazing after implementing these in my daily diet
Put your feet up! Seriously, put your feet up on a stool or the edge of br
waste basket! It allows the body to… “finish” the movement more easily no
straining. I have IBS, im off the meds and on the GI diet!
I start my morning with room temp quart of water and proceed to drink half
my body weight in ounces or even more if thirsty. I also eat crazy amounts
of fruit and veggies otherwise I can’t go.
@MyChocolateGurl: are you stressed or depressed? That could cause
constipation, too
I hate that the boo-boo image looks like a swirl of chocolate soft serve or
frozen yogurt. What happened to a regular ol’ stool. LOL.

thank you Jesus, needed this! I was constipated all last week. However I
eat tons of fiber and drink lots of water. lmbo I’m confused now.
Dry prunes work really well and of course WATER, WATER, WATER!

keep you clean

If you do get bound up, prune juice will do the trick. It never fails for
me

I drink a gallon of water everyday and I have a plant based diet. Also I
found that by eating an apple everyday keeps me going to the bathroom.
