Should take a few hours before it helps! But it does help!

When baby doesn’t like it when you rub this it is usually because something
is wrong and they need the rub to get things working again! If your baby is
full on crying from it, then ease up on how hard you are pushing, and do
the rub over and over a few times a day!

Alicia Linton says:

My baby is just over 6 weeks and this is the third time he’s been
constipated. I always breastfeed but on 3 separate occasions he got a
bottle of formula which I’m convinced now has him constipated. The first
time he poohed in 7 dys and the second time 9 days. My pediatrition some
days ago said they can go up to 10 dys and he had once an 11 dys.

Two days ago being 10 days I started the qtip twirling…unfortunately it
didn’t work. Came across this video yesterday and tried it. Well…nothing
happened last night. This morning day 12…well we were taking him to the
Dr again…after I fed him I gave him a gentle tummy then feet massage.
While doing his feet he began to poo and with not too much effort as the
last time. It filled about two pampers. He fell asleep immediately.
Thanks for sharing this information and to all who shared their
experiences. I will certainly share this knowledge

My 2mo was having a movement just twice a week, and when she went down to a
full week between poops, I knew it was time to do something about it! I
found this video, and tried the foot rub on Monday, and she’s had a daily
movement since then! I know it was this technique because I like trying one
thing at a time. Thanks for the help!

OMG tried this today because my little girl that’s 19 months couldn’t go to
the bathroom… I did massage a couple of times through out the day and it
worked great she was able to poop twice…her stool was hard at least she
was able to pass it.

My breastfeeding 6 week old has been suffering constipation for 2 weeks,
since we introduced a couple of formula feeds a day to improve weight gain.
Tried this and the results were almost instant. He had already pooed today,
for the first time in 3-4 days so wasn’t expecting him to go again today,
but tried this anyway and it worked like a charm. Will be telling all my
mummy friends!

Worked like a charm! Baby didn’t poop from Friday and was miserable
yesterday. Did this yesterday evening. Woke up at 7 am HUGE poop. Has gone
2 more times since then. Seems like we are back in business!
Thanks

Breanne Anderson says:

How long should you continue to rub your baby’s feet?

Vianett Gonzalez says:

Hopefully this works

stefehyer says:

Remember to really push. And repeat. And rub it out. If the baby cries when
you know you aren’t pushing too incredibly hard then it means something IS
wrong and so you need to rub it out! Also, add an ounce of apple juice each
day!
