Priceless Yorkie Puppy Hand Feeding Formula Recipe Directions
* One Cup of MeyenBerg Goats milk or One can of MeyenBerg Evaporated Goats milk in the can 12 oz. 12oz Make sure you are using EITHER evaporated milk OR whole goat’s milk. Do NOT use sweetened condensed milk! Goats Milk is more like the Bitches milk than Cow’s Milk. 3 oz. sterilized water (baby water OR boiled water that is then cooled). This is NOT needed if using whole goat’s milk.
* One cup of whole fat live culture yogurt plain or vanilla (avoid skim or fat free *WHOLE FAT ONLY!).
* 1 TBS of Karo Syrup or Corn Syrup (NOT HONEY!)…light or dark…doesn’t matter which
* Two raw egg yolk (no egg whites)
* One dropper of infant vitamins or Nutra-drops. I personally prefer Pet Nutra-Drops is the fastest energy source available – it goes to the bloodstream in minutes to restore your puppy’s energy and stamina. While other supplements are still digesting, the nutritional combination of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and glucose are already at work boosting the immune system. Increases the survival of newborn puppies, and is also great for appetite, hypoglycemia, infection, stress and diarrhea. Full of nutrients.
*Mix in a blender, or shake vigorously
*Will keep in the fridge up to 7 days.
*This is a thick formula, so adjust holes in nipples if necessary. It can be tube fed to puppies. It has 10-12 calories per cc which should allow for good weight gain on your babies.
If constipation occurs which sometimes happens when hand rearing a puppy or litter. Add several drops (depending on how severe the constipation) per batch of Cat Hair Ball Remedy comes in a liquid form and It’s a natural, gentle laxative and safer than castor oil or mineral oil.

This Recipe is…
*Thick enough to avoid aspiration.
*There is enough yogurt to avoid diarrhea issues that are so common with tubing.
*There is enough glucose to avoid hypoglycemia.
*There is also enough glucose to avoid constipation, common with tubing.
*There are enough calories to set up a weight gaining pattern immediately.
*Amino Acids in sufficient quantities to avoid juvenile cataract.
*It is high in Fats, Proteins and Carbohydrates with vitamins, minerals and iron and designed especially to head off the problems often seen with tubing/hand raised babies.
