My daughters both have this problem. They will get the urge to poo butlock
their legs straight together. Although itseems impossible, if we can force
them to bend their knees while they are trying to poo and bring them up to
their chest, this usually “opens” them up to go. Mine will try every ten or
fifteen minutes until they get it out. They know they want to poo but can’t
pass it. Lots of crying and screaming involved
