"Out of the bed and into the toilet." Ayurveda says that this should be the first thing one must do as one wakes up. It takes time to train oneself to get into the habit.
The consistency of ones stools must be firm, float in water and be of consistent texture. Due to improper lifestyle habits and timing, food tends to stagnate and putrefy. This is the root cause of disease and constipation.
Initially though some Ayurvedic medicine, enemas, Panchakarma Basti one can cleanse the entire colon and the gastro intestinal tract and then make changes into ones everyday life.
Some of the symptoms of Constipation are Loss of Appetite, Poor Digestion, Bad Breath and agitation in the Nervous System.
