@BlakeandSchmitty epsom salt you can buy it in any drugstore, it can be
used both as like bath salt when you have sore muscles or as i was
suggesting as a laxative.

Magnesium Citrate works from within 30 minutes to like 6 hours, but it
definitely doesnt take long, and he was on the toilet a total of 9 hours
