ive been constipated for six months alreadY!! :'(
I haven’t used the bathroom #2 in 4 days
I haven’t pooed in 2 weeks like if your watching on the toilet
I will try it. Hope it works. I guess drinking cold water wasn’t working.
What I do is just simply squat on the toilet until I go poo or just wait for the urge to come
