I had the symptoms you are referring to… instead of taking a spoonful of
coconut oil I opted to try the bulletproof coffee and even that was a
little harsh on my belly…. What I have discovered is that Cinnamon (less
than a teaspoon) with that coffee will keep me from having to rush to the
bathroom all wide eyed!! O.O

one teaspoon to one tablespoon of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar with 8 oz of
water before eating is a great way to help with digestion and breakdown
your foods. it’s effective and cheaper then the bottles on the shelf.
Also, as Stephanie has mentioned before, stay away from the coffee; it’s
not good for you, and can cause acid reflux.

I’ve learned though trial, and error, that MCT & Coconut Oil used in much
smaller amounts than I’ve ever seen suggested. Has no side effects, such as
stomach ach’s, or diarrhea..Climb the ladder one rung at a time ! Aloha
