Finally, for the last trick, get some blackstrap molasses, and take two tablespoons before bedtime. This will help to relieve your bowels in the morning.

Hey guys just here to keep it real. I lived with major constipation my
entire life. I would only poo a dry and dense turd every 3 or 4 days.
Sometimes a week. I thought that was normal. And wondered why other people
pooped every day. Fast forward to 2 years ago i switched to eating to a
high carb plant based (vegan) diet and started to drink 1 liter of water
before breakfast. Now i poop 1,2, even 3 times a day sometimes. It comes
out like a wild animal in the zoo. I didnt know this was possible.

Too much intake, why eat more when your constipated. The key is here is the
balance of water that is absorbed, a 1 day water fast I recommend and small
